The 5HGM series grain dryer is low temperature type circulation batch type grain dryer. We reduce the drying capacity to 5 ton or 6 ton per batch, which meet the requirements of small capacity.
The 5HGM series grain dryer machine is mainly used to dry rice, wheat, corn, soybean etc. The dryer machine is applicable to various combustion furnaces and coal, oil, firewood, straw of crops and husks can all be used as heat source. The machine is automatically controlled by computer. The drying process is dynamically automatic. Besides, the grain drying machine is equipped with automatic temperature measuring device and moisture detecting device, which greatly increase the automation and ensure the quality of the dried cereals.

1. Crosswise eight-groove drying technology, thin layer drying, drying cost is 20% lower while drying efficiency is 15% improved;
2. Top and lower dust removal system during the drying process, to get cleaner dry grains;
3. Low speed auger design could effectively reduce the augers failure rate and grain broken rate, and also reduce the height of the dryer;
4. Cancel the top auger, grains flow to the dryer directly, to avoid mechanical failure and reduce the broken rate white lower power consumption;
5. Automatic control, easy operation with higher automation;
